1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the tbk33 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing the site, or a person participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tbk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the tbk33 platform and must refrain from creating an account or placing any wager.

tbk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the tbk33 platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

1.1 Scope of These Terms

These terms apply to all products and services offered by tbk33, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket markets), live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and customer support interactions. Use of any tbk33 service — whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any app made available by tbk33 — is subject to these terms.

1.2 Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency arrangement between the Player and tbk33. The Player uses the tbk33 platform as an independent individual acting for their own account and on their own behalf.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the tbk33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activities are permitted for your personal participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of tbk33, or an immediate family member of such an employee, in any context where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tbk33 or any other gambling platform in a way that remains currently in force.

2.1 Age Verification

tbk33 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts seeking to process withdrawals. As part of this process, you will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence — confirming that you are aged 18 or above. tbk33 may also request supporting documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

Accounts that fail to complete age verification within the timeframe requested by tbk33 may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. tbk33 reserves the right to withhold funds from any account where age verification reveals the player to be under 18 years of age.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering with tbk33. tbk33 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. By registering, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To place bets or play games on tbk33, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the tbk33 platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on tbk33, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• A unique, secure password of sufficient complexity.
• Your country of residence — Bangladesh players should select Bangladesh.
• Your preferred currency — Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳) is supported.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any details change after registration — for example, a change of email address or phone number — you must update your account profile promptly. tbk33 accepts no liability for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbk33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tbk33 support immediately at [email protected]. tbk33 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 KYC Document Submission

tbk33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence — showing your name, photograph, and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet account used to fund your tbk33 account.

tbk33 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the player relationship — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any periodic review of account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tbk33 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh, including mobile wallet services and international card providers. All financial transactions on the tbk33 platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise indicated for a specific payment method.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tbk33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location, account status, and the current technical integration status of the relevant provider.

4.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit on the tbk33 platform is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though tbk33 may apply individual account-level limits based on risk assessment or responsible gaming considerations. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tbk33 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, subject to network availability.

tbk33 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside tbk33's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with transactions to or from tbk33.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your tbk33 account, or to a payment method of which you can demonstrate ownership. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraudulent withdrawals.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours from the time of request, subject to KYC verification status.
• tbk33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds may only be processed after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4.4 Failed and Returned Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, any wagers placed using funds from that transaction may be voided by tbk33 at its sole discretion. If a withdrawal is returned to tbk33 due to incorrect account details provided by the player, tbk33 will credit the amount back to the player's tbk33 account balance and may request updated payment details before reprocessing.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

tbk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses and free bets are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be claimed by professional bettors, syndicates, or individuals acting on behalf of third parties.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• tbk33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel pending bonus amounts, or modify bonus terms at any time, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• In the event of a dispute between the specific bonus promotion page and these general Terms & Conditions, the more restrictive terms shall apply unless tbk33 explicitly states otherwise in writing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a tbk33 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page for that offer. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Wagering on sports markets with odds below 1.5 (decimal) may not count toward wagering requirements, or may count at a reduced rate, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Wagering on certain game types (e.g., specific low-RTP slots, table games, or live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements, as stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Bonus amounts not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tbk33 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting, and colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.

Where bonus abuse is identified, tbk33 reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the account. tbk33's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in these terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on tbk33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, in addition to these general terms. By placing any wager on tbk33, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that wager.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

tbk33 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event has already commenced (for pre-match markets), unless the market is specifically designated as an in-play market.
• The odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, and the correct odds would have been materially different from those at which the bet was accepted.
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required completion threshold for that market type.
• There is reasonable evidence that the player had access to insider information or advance knowledge of the outcome at the time of placing the bet.
• The bet forms part of a pattern of activity that tbk33 considers to be syndicate betting, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting software.

In all cases where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on tbk33 — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) operated and maintained by the relevant game provider. tbk33 does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the tbk33 platform and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the game provider's server record shall be the authoritative and final record of the outcome.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of any technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects a game or betting market — including errors in odds display, disconnection during a live dealer session, or game software malfunction — tbk33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the affected players. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable in such circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbk33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access tbk33 if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one registered account on tbk33, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds into a tbk33 account.
• Money Laundering: Using the tbk33 platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity, or to conduct any transaction that violates anti-money laundering laws.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, or any method not consistent with genuine recreational betting, as described in Section 5.3.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public inside information, or participating in any scheme to fix, manipulate, or predict the outcome of any sporting event.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the tbk33 platform in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the tbk33 platform, its software, or its servers.
• Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or payment provider for any tbk33 transaction while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

tbk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the reasons set out in these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason that tbk33 reasonably determines to be in the interest of platform integrity, player safety, or compliance with applicable law.

8.1 Suspension by tbk33

Account suspension may be applied where tbk33 has reasonable grounds to investigate potential prohibited conduct, pending verification of identity documents, or as a precautionary measure during a fraud or security investigation. During a suspension, the player may not place new bets, access casino games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Existing open bets may continue to be settled during a suspension period.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their tbk33 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the tbk33 support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal-eligible balance (i.e., real money funds not subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Bonus balances and any bonus-derived winnings where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request a self-exclusion from the tbk33 platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the account settings panel or by emailing [email protected]. A minimum self-exclusion period of six months applies; players may also request permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be disabled and no marketing communications will be sent. 8.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by tbk33 or voluntarily by the player — all access to the platform is revoked. Historical bet and transaction records are retained by tbk33 in accordance with applicable data retention requirements. The obligations of the player under these Terms & Conditions in relation to conduct prior to closure (including obligations regarding fraudulent activity, chargebacks, and outstanding debts to tbk33) survive the closure of the account and remain fully enforceable.
